5. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation and no-show rules are communicated at the time of booking. Any deposit or cancellation charge terms provided at booking will apply.

6. Results and claims

Individual outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed. Before-and-after case examples are illustrative only and not a promise of specific results.

7. Prescription-only medicines (POMs)

Prescription-only medicines are not advertised to the public on this website. Where relevant, treatment suitability and prescribing decisions are made only after an appropriate medical consultation.

8. Clinical photography consent

Use of patient photographs for website or social media requires separate explicit consent, distinct from treatment consent. Consent may be withdrawn for future use.

9. Privacy and data protection
